Ready to roll, flip and soar? Our tumbling programs are designed to build strong foundational techniques, strength, flexibility and confidence in tumbling. Athletes will work on a variety of tumbling surfaces including Tumbl Trak, rod floor and spring floor.
Tumbling 101 – Ages 6+ No pre-requisites
Our Tumbling 101 classes teach introductory tumbling skills such as handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, round-offs and more.
Tumbling 102 – Ages 6+ Pre-requisites Walkovers, Handstands, Cartwheels, Roundoffs
Our Tumbling 102 classes focus on technical improvements to previously learned skills as well as handsprings, connections and more.
