Daytime & Homeschool Programs 

Kindergym (with parent) (Ages: 2 - 5 years) 

Note: Due to COVID-19 protocols, the structure of the Kindergym class has changed until further notice. A parent must accompany their child in class, for the entirety of the class.

Instructor / Participant Ratio: 1:6 (Note: at this time, to order to ensure we meet and exceed COVID-19 restrictions we have decided to reduced class ratios to 1:4)
This 45 min. class is designed to enhance and challenge a child’s large motor skills with a parent or caregiver there to help. Our goals are to introduce each child to fitness with fun and get them excited about physical movement as well as improve physical strength, coordination and flexibility.  Under the direction of our coaches, each parent/caregiver will guide their child through stretching activities, large motor skill challenges, bar, beam, vault and floor activities. This class is great for confidence building and encourages bonding time between parent/caregiver and child. Gymnasts will receive a medal and certificate at the end of each session. Our small class sizes provide your child with special focus and close personal attention. 

Recreational Youth (Coed Ages 6+)

Pre-requisite: None
Instructor / Participant Ratio: 1:8 (Note: at this time, to order to ensure we meet and exceed COVID-19 restrictions we have decided to reduced class ratios to 1:4)
This class consists of basic, intermediate, and advanced gymnastics skills with specific levels to achieve. Activities include vault, bars, beam, tumbling, trampoline and dance. Participants increase their flexibility and strength, boost their self-esteem and gain a sense of pride in their achievements. Gymnasts will receive a medal and certificate at the end of each session. Our small class sizes provide your child with special focus and close personal attention. 

Recreational classes will be part of Step 3 of the Ontario Re-Opening Plan - please check back later in July for more details.

All fees are subject to HST. All participants for the 2020-21 (July - June) year are required to pay an annual Ontario Gymnastics Insurance/Admin registration fee of $35 + HST ($39.55). This fee is transferable if it has been paid through another club.
