Professional Enthusiastic Coaches
Each of our students receives instruction from professionally trained and NCCP certified coaches. All of our coaches are mentored on technique, drills, progressions, coaching instruction and safety by our gym leaders who have trained all levels of athletes from beginner recreational to elite competitive. Our philosophy is to ensure we attract and keep the best coaches who will do a great job with our students. We are a team, and we make it a priority to treat our staff with respect and admiration.
Top-notch Facility
When you come through our doors, our 14,000 sq. ft. gym will wow you. We have multiple sets of Olympic standard equipment, a dedicated pre-school gym area with brightly coloured mats and ‘Just for Kids’ equipment, providing safety and fun for everyone. We have brand new change rooms, washrooms and offices – and above it all is a large, open-concept and inviting viewing area. Our space has been designed and custom built to ensure every level of athlete from beginner to elite has a positive gymnastics experience. We are extremely proud of our state-of-the-art gym with all the equipment that your gymnast will ever need to feel like a champion.
Quality Programming
At Glendon Gymnastics we use The Junior Olympic Program as the foundation for all of our programming. The Junior Olympic program was developed with the belief that all athletes, regardless of their potential, must have a solid foundation of basic skills in order to advance safely. The program allows the gymnast to advance at her own pace with logical, step-by-step progressive drills and skills – from simple to complex.Students will only be taught skills they are ready to learn – physically ready, emotionally ready and mentally ready. This system ensures continued success and safety.
Small Class Sizes
Our small class sizes allow your child lots of turns and close personal attention. We believe our smaller group coach to child ratio helps to ensure your child’s steady progress and continued success.
Pride in Ownership
Glendon Gymnastics is owned and operated by gymnastics and business professionals. As a privately owned center, we have no hidden or “extra” fees - this means no mandatory fundraising or service hours, no bingo, no social fees and no cleaning deposits.
